After more than 35 years as Basch & Keegan, this year marked a historic milestone: we proudly became Basch Keegan & Spada, honoring the leadership, dedication, and decades of service that Derek J. Spada has brought to our team and our clients.
Derek’s impact extends far beyond the courtroom. In 2025, the Hudson Valley recognized that once again - he was voted “Best Lawyer in the Hudson Valley” for the second year in a row through Chronogram’s Readers’ Choice Awards. We are deeply honored and grateful for this community recognition.
Strengthening Our Legal Team
In 2025, we also welcomed Nicole P. Bini as an Associate Attorney. Nicole brings extensive litigation experience in personal injury and wrongful death matters, along with a strong commitment to client care and communication. She has been an incredible addition to our growing team.
